Delivery Information

 

“Please read our delivery information before purchasing”

 

We aim to dispatch and delivered all orders within 7 – 14 working days of receipt of order and who enables both you and us to track the progress of your mattress delivery. We will arrange a time and date with you which are convenient for a delivery slot. Deliveries are usually between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM pm Monday to Friday. (We do not deliver on public bank holidays and weekends.) We don’t expect you to struggle upstairs with your new purchase, that’s why we’ll gladly put your new item in any room of your choice. Please ensure you are home on the scheduled delivery date.

 

Returning the item(s)

You should return the product through your own specified courier at the (buyers) cost BEFORE ANY REFUND CAN TAKE PLACE AND A FULL REFUND. 

Intention of returning items must be notified to us along with a delivery return tracking number which is required to be used for tracking products for our admin purposes.

We can not refund the customer until the return product reaches our warehouse and inspected such as

 

No Soil Marks,

No Tears,

And to be returned in its original packing.

 

Failure to comply with our T/C & delivery specifics then the product will be returned back to the buyer and no refund will take place or a full refund.
